An explanation of metaKitchen's approach to game development.

Overview

In general our approach is to use small teams in close proximity within the same country and region. This makes managing accounting, legal, and HR predictable. With our experience in software business management in BC, Canada, we can find the people we need, including the use of local subsidies and grants where possible with little ramp-up building on our previous business successes.

Team Composition

Our preference is that the core team of designers and developers are local full-time employees that can dedicate their effort for the duration of the project. We see metaKitchen as a long term project that will require continuous innovation and development for the duration of the project in order to keep the chefs captivated and the game interesting.

Management and Legal

All expenses will be managed through the xxxxxxxxxx, a BC, corporation in compliance with local taxes and laws.

Corporate Structure

The metaKitchen project has been developed as a wholly owned property of Vancouver, BC, Canada, corporation with legal address at: xxxx, xxxxxx, xxxxxxx.

All charity commitments, employees, sub-contractors, taxes, and expenses will be dispersed from this entity. All software ownership as well as any patents or legal claims are held by xxxxxxxx Inc.
