mK Syndicate is metaKitchen's version of a community engagement fund. The syndicate will help the development of the ecosystem by filling resource gaps and rewarding the work of the community.

The mK Syndicate will serve two functions: forming into subgroups specializing in specific fields with governance duties including voting on the proposals put forward by the mK founders. OG Chefs will participate in the mK Syndicate to earn rewards, make meaningful investment decisions and create unique culinary NFTs.

Assembly

The first core groups will be: (Art) Content, Culinary, Investments & Development, Engagement – as the Syndicate grows other groups or subgroups can be formed based on the community's requirements. The Syndicate is a self organizing group of OG CHEFS formed to pursue and promote the growth of the ecosystem. The OG CHEFS are encouraged to form a hierarchy within their respective syndicates to empower those who wish to lead.

Other important functions of the syndicates subgroups include:

· Recruiting

· Role Allocations

· Training new OG Chefs / Syndicate members

· Trading within syndicates ($CHEF, IUNFTS, RECIPES)

· Selecting cuisine specializations for the metaChefs drops

· Ingredients and Recipe Conceptualization

Governance

Proposals of the mK Founders’ team will always vary according to the specialization of the syndicate subgroups. Art, Food, Investments, Fun. The mK Founders (board of directors) will have control of the funds used in the relevant proposals while the community (OG CHEF Holders) will have the ultimate say in which of the proposals are picked. All proposals or options will be thought out with the sole intent in benefitting our holders directly or indirectly. Proposals will always have a minimum of one option for each core group. One brought forth by the founders and another community driven option that will have to be voted on within each individual core group and presented to the founding team.

Structure

This is an example of a basic proposal put forth by the mK founding team to the Syndicate (for illustrative purposes)

Art (Content): 1. Develop a community driven metaChef: the syndicate works to design a new metaChef and then the request that the Syndicate pays for the artist and development required to introduce the new metaChef. 2. Develop a promo video for marketing 3. (Art Syndicate Community Proposal)
